For example, full contact information of those who have registered for a meeting may be published in the abstract book. Attendee names and institutions may be listed on our website. We may share your contact information with speakers of a conference to assist them with the duties of planning and organizing the meeting. We may also publish information such as attendee names, education or professional background, or photographs in material produced by Mastersmind Meetings, and photographs of meeting interactions may be used in our marketing literature. Additionally, we may publish this information for Board Members, the Scientific Advisory Board, and other people who participate in programming the activities.

 

Public Information:

For promotional purposes, there may be a photographer and video production taking place during the conference. Delegates who do not wish to be filmed or recorded should advise the organizers by email info@mastersmindconferences.com.

 

We may also display personal testimonials of attendees on our Site along with your name in addition to other endorsements. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at info@mastersmindconferences.com.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You are allowed to change the name on the registration without penalty at any time Prior 45 days to the conference. No further changes will be allowed after that.
 

Refund policy: Refund requests must be made in writing or via email to the respective conference secretariat. Email: info@mastersmindconferences.com
 

Cancellations: Cancellation charges will be, 75% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 90 days to the conference, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded prior 45 days to the conference. No refunds will be granted between the duration of 45 days to the conference. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration fee only to another individual by notifying the respective conference secretariat.

Refund fee will be made after the conference. All bank service charges, including transitional bank commission for cancellation refunds, must be covered by the participants/applicants.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY IN THE EVENTS OF NATURAL DISASTERS OR UNPREDICTABLE ACTIVITY ↓

Organizer is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of substitution, alteration, postponement, or cancellation of an event due to causes beyond its control including without limitation, force majeure, natural disasters, pandemic, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, or hostilities.
 

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the conference in case of any natural disasters, calamities or terrorism activity. In this case, organizer cannot accept refund requests from the conference delegates, speakers or attendees that result from cancelled flights and or natural disasters, calamities, terrorism activity. The organizer will provide opportunity for the registered delegates and attendees to transfer their registration fee and accommodation charges to any future or related conferences.
 

The organizer will not accept any liability for personal injuries or for loss or damage to property belonging to the delegates, either during, or as a result of the conference.
